our creative process
Custom Sessions
In 2020 we developed and revises the workshops and trainings that we offer to the Northwest Territories. We hired experts in curriculum, 2SLGBTQIA+ identities, and facilitation. In 2022, we finished developing 13 identity workshops, 8 sector-specific trainings, and completed piloting those workshops. We are now offering these workshops regularly to people all across the territory.
We conducted community consultations, collected data from feedback we received on workshops we facilitated, and looked to similar organizations to inform our direction and what content was needed for us to create.
We do have the capacity to create custom sessions for you in order to meet your needs as best we can. While we may not be experts in your field, we can do the work and collaborate in order to provide education you will find helpful.
Fees
All fees for sector-specific workshops are discussed during consultations as we try to be flexible with non-profits, schools and community groups where we can. We are flexible in what we deliver with our sector specific training; we are able to combine workshops together and create custom workshops to best suit your and your business’s needs. All of which will be discussed in our consultation.
