NMN Mental Health Zine

Northern Mosaic Network is launching a mental health zine! Starting in January 2024, we will release a series of themed issues featuring art submissions from 2SLGBTQIPA+ community members as well as information on a variety of mental health topics. Art submissions can take the form of poetry, photography, essays, creative writing, paintings, collages - any art form that can appear in a printed zine.

Call for Submissions - Queer joy issue

Currently, we are accepting submissions for the first issue of our zine. The theme of this issue is Queer Joy! We want to know: What makes you feel queer joy? Why is queer joy important? How does queer joy inform the way that you show up in your community?

We will select four community art submissions to be featured in this zine. Each selected submission will be awarded $150. To be considered for this issue, submissions are due by December 31st, 2023. Please keep in mind that the audience for this zine is youth 30 and under, and submissions from 2SLGBTQIPA+ youth will be prioritized.To submit your work, please email Emily at coordinator@northernmosaic.net.
